About Big Sky Site Services

Every great job site, wedding and festival in Montana has one thing in common: at some point, somebody has to go.

That’s where we come in. Big Sky Site Services was founded in 2024 by Jonathan Proto as Montana Portable Restrooms, with a simple idea: the Flathead Valley deserved portable restrooms that were clean, on time and didn’t make you hold your breath. Business took off (turns out everybody needs a restroom), and our customers started asking for more.

So we grew. Today we’re Big Sky Site Services, your one call for portable restrooms, restroom and shower trailers, handwash stations, temporary fencing, light towers, generators and more across Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Bigfork and the rest of Northwest Montana.

Same local crew. Same 24/7 service. A bigger name, because “Montana Portable Restrooms, Fencing, Lighting, Generators and Handwash Stations” didn’t fit on the truck.

We’re locally owned, licensed and insured, and we handle delivery, setup and pickup, so you can focus on the build, the big day or the headliner. We’ll handle the rest, even the parts nobody likes to talk about.
